Sustaining an injury can be a traumatizing experience and paying it forward is important to me.
Inspired by a foot injury and having to undergo four surgeries, it was tough fitting in and being limited to many things. I used to hide my crutches in all of my pictures because they were "not cool". I want people with disabilities, whether they be short term or long term, to enjoy their inner feeling while healing. What better way to heal than in style? I want to bring my concept to life and start making a difference in peoples' lives.
In addition to my overall concept of assisting with the healing process, one of my biggest strengths is my passion to help others. I truly believe that if I can make a difference in one person’s life, I have succeeded and to me, this makes my business uniquely strong in my foundation and beliefs. I believe that my financial blessings will come afterwards.
I want to partner with Crutches4kids, a non profit organization who's mission is to donate crutches to kids in need all around the world. For every purchase you make, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to this organization or one of your choice. For more information on this organization please visit http://www.crutches4kids.org/
I live by 3 simple goals: Strive to be the best you can be in life, inspire others to follow their dreams, and give back to the community. I will tell any young entrepreneur that if you live by these 3 goals, believe in your passion, and dedicate yourself, anything you dream is possible. A. Wilson
